Dear Yuletide Writer
Dearest, loveliest Yuletide Author,
Thank you, thank you, thank you so much for writing something for me! I promise you that I will enjoy it! The one thing I really want you to do is to have fun and enjoy yourself. I am pretty firm on my dislikes, but as for the actual story, go for it. If there's something you've been wanting to write with these characters that I don't mention here, go for it! That being said, here are some of the things I like and dislike as well as my story ideas.
Likes:
Banter. Oh, I love characters that like to talk, tease and snark and generally connect through words. Fun, snappy dialogue gets me every time.
Happy endings. I'm such a sucker for happy endings and people being content.
Romance. As you might be able to tell from my requests, I'm a big old sap for romance and people figuring themselves out. That being said, by all means go Gen if you want to.
Ladies Being Awesome. I love women being strong and capable and true to themselves.
Dislikes:
Angst. I'm not a big fan of angst for angst's sake. I'd much rather laugh than cry.
Unhappy endings.
No dub-con, rape, incest.
No parodies, please.
AUs I like: Westerns, Pacific Rim, soulmarks, apocafic, and whodunit's.

This series was a slice of delightful. I would really love to see more of these three snarking at each other and solving crime. Or even just enjoying each other's company.
Adelaide Stratton is my forever girl! I would love to see her coming to grips with the real loss of her husband and perhaps that ties in to Harry's coping with his mother's loss. I definitely ship these two, but I also would love something gen or friendship.
I don't really ship Harry and Arthur, but I do love their friendship.
Basically, anything with the three of them carrying on and enjoying one another and flirting with the supernatural. You're welcome to bring in any of the secondary characters, as well.
Black Sails
Abigail Ashe (Black Sails), Billy Bones (Black Sails)
I've only requested Abigail and Billy, but you're more than welcome to include any of the Black Sails characters.
These two only shared about 30 seconds of screen time, but I'm absolutely smitten with the idea of them interacting in some way. Did they ever converse on the warship? Do they run into each other again? Does Abigail come to Nassau? Do they meet again in England or in the Americas? Anything that has these two talking and interacting. I'm totally open to AU's as well. Have fun!
You're also more than welcome to have Abigail interacting with some of the women, too. I love female characters supporting each other.
I definitely ship Billy and Abigail romantically, but honestly, I'd be totally happy with gen or friendship. Please no parodies.
Northmen: A Viking Saga
Any character
I'd simply love to see more in this universe with all of them. I ship primarily Inghean/Asbjorn or would love a gen/friendship story about all of them. I would especially love to see more of Inghean's gift with the earth. How did that start? How can she use it? I'd love to see the others accepting it and talking to her about it. I'd love to see what happens next. Where do they end up? Do they have to escape Inghean's father again? Do they run into more trouble? Or are they happily accepted somewhere?
Just more of this world and these characters would be lovely!
Like I said, I'm going to love anything you write, so just have fun re-watching the source material and enjoy! ♥
