Oh, WRITING.

It's amazing the things a person will do to procrastinate writing.

On the plus side, there are groceries, freshly made iced tea and my bathtub is gleaming!

On the other plus side, I've managed well over 2,000 words and I think I've got a few more on the way and I'm very happy with my new beginning. There's a lot more going on and I like my protagonist's voice more.

How is everyone? ♥

Urgh, must get on with mine. I haven't even got enough for the check in. Gah.

In response to your other question, if you're thinking of a woodland area maybe the Forest of Dean? It would be a bot of a drive, but not more than an hour or so. Seaside-wise, how about Brighton? If you're thinking historical location, then Sussex is near, and has Battle. It's very picturesque, and countryside-y, and has Canturbury nearby.

I was thinking about Brighton actually. And Battle was the answer to a pub quiz question the other night! :D

You can do it! *waves pom-poms* Do you have the time tomorrow? Or are you battling schoolwork?

My living space is never as clean as when I am procrastinating, especially on a paper for school. As my sister said, "when I have a paper due, the cleanliness of my apartment suddenly becomes an issue of national security.

At least it's productive procrastination! :D

But woo! for the plus side!

I TOTALLY feel this - on Sunday I managed to go to breakfast with my best friend, sweep and vacuum the whole house, organize shoes and my closet and separate out things to donate, put away my boyfriend's clothes in the closet (he's moving in *flails), ahem lol, and then do 2 loads of laundry. I didn't, however, manage to write a damn thing lol.

But that's all good - I've already got 1000 words today ... in snippets mostly so I have something to turn in, but I am pretty darned proud of what I've got so far lol.
