I committed Star Wars fic...

So, I saw the movie and I have FEELINGS and I'm so GIDDY. It's been ages since I actually felt fannish about something. Soooo, I committed fic and since it might be slightly spoilerish, the link is behind the cut.

Poe's eyes rise to hers and they look at one another for a long moment. Then he sighs as he smiles and lifts a hand to rest on top of Finn's wrist. She can see his fingers slip to rest over where Finn's pulse beats steady under his skin.

Rey then surprises herself by shifting one of her hands to cover Poe's where it rests on Finn's wrist. Post-movie, pre-OT3, Rey POV.

I also woke up with and OT3 sex pollen idea that may have to be written at some point, too. *coughs*

Merry Christmas Eve to folks who celebrate and May the Force Be With You! ♥

I love how you say "committed" like it was a crime when it's more like a gift LOL

*HUGS* The thing is, I can't remember feeling this enthusiastic and fannish about something. I'm kind of tired of the whole Marvel verse and so I haven't really participated. But Star Wars? I'm THERE.

I was also recently told by my mom that I actually saw the very first Star Wars back in 1978, I was simply in utero at the time! It imprinted.

Yeah, the Marvel fandom has been getting a bit pissy unfortunately. Makes it harder to have fun over there. Mostly I've been reading instead of interacting.

And yeah, Star Wars made me so freaking happy. Totally the kind of movie I hoped to see. I can definitely see myself getting excited about the movies to come!
