Why? Why is a film that was filmed in the UK, starring several UK actors and actresses, WRITTEN BY SOMEONE IN THE UK, not being shown IN THE BLOODY UK?!?

*grumbles and goes to make a cup of tea*

Anyway! Pictures! I haven't done this in a bit and felt the urge.

Her feet were bare and her hand felt right in his as they walked through the woods behind her house. The sunlight did it's best to shine through the thick trees above their heads, every now and then a sharp shaft of light would pierce through, blinding him momentarily. But, Evan never stumbled, not with Hannah's hand holding his, her scent and touch making his body feel warm and languid.



On Wednesday, Quinn McKenzie changes her life. On Thursday, she tries to get somebody to notice. On Thursday night, somebody does.

This is Quinn McKenzie and Nick Zeigler from Jennifer Crusie's Crazy for You. I read this last night and am in love. I'm also in love with Ginnifer Goodwin and Colin Farrell and now what to see them in something together. She's a sweet, smart art teacher with a suppressed tough side and he's the local mechanic and her ex-brother-in-law who's a great blend of honorable and sexy. I want more. MORE.

Also, mmmmm, Hannah and Evan. I have missed them so. ♥ And if Kristen Bell isn't Rand in the next Trek movie, I shall be so sad.

It makes NO sense. I'll admit that I tend to watch movies when they come out on DVD or *ahem* in other formats. But, I was totally prepared to go to the theatre for this one. By myself if I had to. I just don't get it.

Hannah and Evan are definitely still around. I've got three more--no, wait- FOUR more stories planned for them. You know, when I can get my mind to actually focus for longer than five minutes.

Kristen Bell is so awesome. I just want her and Chris Pine to frolic around a room together.

Oh man, Ginnifer Goodwin is perfectly Quinn! Especially after the haircut. That book is so very awesome and creepy - definitely one of my favourites. I love all of the characters (except creepy Bill obvs). K-K-K-Katie and Quinn's mom and the garage sales and the lip shaped couch and the haircuts. Also I can't listen to Fleetwood Mac without thinking of the first time Quinn and Nick sleep together, so realistic and awkward.

Isn't she? I thought of her immediately. She looks so sweet, but could totally be badass. Oh, K-K-K-Katie so reminds me of my stepmom's little dachshund. She was very sick when she was a puppy and now she kinda leans to the right. I'm so not kidding. :D

The sex scene was amazingly well-done. I loved Quinn's thought process.
