Friday! Woo hoo!
Oct. 9th, 2009 08:21 amI just want to say thank you, thank you, thank you for all the happy birthday wishes. I had a very good day. Fantastic Chinese take-away and my husband got me the first season of the Original Series of Star Trek! The Collector's Edition that's remastered! It's a thing of beauty. Guess what I'm watching all weekend!
His birthday is next week and I got him a t-shirt that has the light cycle from Tron on the front of it. That and a ups system so when our dodgy electric goes off (which it does) he won't lose ten hours worth of data. Ah, geek love. ;P
And can I just say how awesome it is that it's finally Friday? I thought this week would never end. I so don't feel like being at work.
Also, should I go see Inglourious Basterds? Just how violent is it? 'Cause I can't take the Tarantino gore like I used to.
