Absolutely. For all that the kink meme is sex (well, okay, I guess that's the point...) there's so much gen in this fandom. Heck, even a lot of the Spock/Uhura fic is really gen in disguise.
It's interesting that you bring up the classical trinity (that is, the Bones/Kirk/Spock dynamic of TOS) because I really like what this has to say about character interrelationships in the new canon. It's a very interesting (and, I feel, valid) take on how the characters relate to one another on a...tactical level, if you will. It's definitely worth a read.
