I already adore you. No matter what you write for me, if you even attempt any of the fandoms I chose, you get my undying gratitude! So: Thank You!
I love dialogue. Snappy, fun dialogue. I'm a huge sucker for banter and people being clever and connecting through talking. UST is my absolute favorite thing.
I'm not a big fan of anything too angsty. If it serves the plot or progresses things, then I'm fine with it, especially if all is well in the end.
As for ratings, honestly any rating is fine by me. Feel free to write gen, teen, mature, etc. I tend to prefer het, but will never say no to slash.
Now, my individual requests for this year are:
Charles de Lint's Newford series, primarily his latest novel, Widdershins.
I really loved the introduction of Grey and Lizzie Mahone. I thought there was a lot of potential for interesting interactions, especially as Lizzie learned more about the supernatural world. I would love to see more of them together, either in a general sense or even romantically.
Centurion (2010 movie)
Okay. I am well aware that this movie had some flaws. HOWEVER! I really enjoyed the chemistry between Quintus Dias and Arianne. I would love to see how things worked out for them or even a missing scene from the film.
RED (2010 movie)
This movie. I can't even. It was wonderfully fun and Ivan and Victoria just give me hearts in my eyes. I'd love to know how they met. Or even a post-movie scene. Anything with these two.
Justified
Rachel Brooks is awesome. I would love something with her being amazing and kicking ass. Maybe how she found herself as a Marshal? Feel free to bring the boys in! I'm actually not opposed to a romance with Raylan, if the muse takes you in that direction...
