Teeth, Claws and Guinness Cast List
Nov. 18th, 2010 02:38 pmThe fact that it's wonderfully stormy and grey outside with leaves slowly falling from the trees means it's a perfect day to post this!
This is the current cast list for my original series, Teeth, Claws and Guinness which follows the adventures of a small village in the Welsh mountains. You've got Evan, an accountant with a recent affliction of the 'furry' kind, Hannah, a pub owner with a sharp tongue and big heart, Stev, a fishmonger who catches fish with his hands, and Elinor, a cafe owner who may or may not have summoned a group of mischievous pictsies to the village.
Meet the townsfolk!

Collen Rees - Pub owner. He's lived in Cwm Alaw all his life and yet, he's never known anyone like Meriel.
Portrayed by Brendan Coyle.

Meriel - She has a secret. And it will break Collen's heart.
Portrayed by Juliana Margulies.

Donovan MacNeil - Hannah's uncle. Carpenter and joiner. He hadn't planned on staying in Cwm Alaw, but he met her...
Portrayed by Kevin McKidd

Gwendi Rees - Daughter of Collen and Meriel. She's never been completely sure of who she is. She just knows that Don MacNeil makes her feel warm all over.
Portrayed by Rachel Weisz.

Hannah MacNeil - Pub owner. Content to be on her own. She really hadn't counted on the naked man that appeared on her porch one night.
Portrayed by Karen Gillan.

Evan Michaels - Werewolf. Accountant. And he's highly confused about the whole thing.
Portrayed by Michael Fassbender.

Stev Owens - Fishmonger. Collen's best friend. If he asks you if you want to go fishing with him? Say 'Yes'!
Portrayed by Naveen Andrews

Grace Owens - Stev's wife. She's on the town council and loves her village and her husband to distraction.
Portrayed by Barbara Hershey.

Bryn Rees - Collen's brother. Hannah's adopted uncle. He's rather adept at mixing drinks.
Portrayed by Rob Bryden. (I couldn't help myself!)

Davis - Vampire. Pharmacist. He really thought he'd get over his crush on Hannah.
Portrayed by Michael Pitt.

Dr. Mark Carson - Town physician. And can he help it that he's had to learn all about the supernatural in order to properly treat his patients?
Portrayed by Paul McGillion (Once again, I couldn't help myself)

Raymond Taylor - Bookshop owner. The only person in town with reliable internet access. He's also something of a village historian.
Portrayed by Tim Reid.

Elinor Smythe - Cafe owner. Hannah's best friend. Possibly a witch. That would explain all the pictsies hanging about.
Portrayed by Lenora Crichlow.

Harry Turner - Carpenter. He worked with Don MacNeil. His life would be complete if Elinor gave him the time of day.
Portrayed by Glen Wallace (Yes. I know he's on Hollyoaks. Don't judge.)

Jean Moyen - A 'friend' of Hannah's. He doesn't live in the village, just comes and goes in and out of her life. She's always wondered just how old he actually is...
Portrayed by Vincent Perez. (I've loved him since Indochine.)
There you have it! All these folks will eventually turn up in the stories. I hope you're intrigued!
