Stuff What is Good.
1. I had a dream with Joel McHale in it! We were at a Mexican restaurant. There were burritos! Three of my favorite things in ONE DREAM: Joel McHale, Mexican restaurants and burritos!
Thus concludes my Liz Lemon moment of the day.
2. I'm writing the next in the Teeth, Claws and Guinness series and get to spend some time in the head of a Glenling (aka a Wee Free Man) which is kind of delightful.
3. I'm PMS-ing like a mad woman. This isn't a good thing per se, but realizing that PMS is the reason I keep getting irritable and glaring at random people is a good thing. I've already warned my husband and he's being ultra-nice and slightly wary.
4. I had a pink lady apple today with lunch and it was wonderfully crispy!
5. More fake tv shows! Look it!
shirleyann66's A Life Less Ordinary. It's got Karl Urban and Megan Follows in it and Karl gets to keep his accent! ALSO, she's doing this for ScriptFrenzy! Send lots of encouragement her way and hope she lets us see the finished product!
charliehey's Modern Charity. C'est tres magnifique et plus de plaisir physique!
robanybody's Desk Jockeys. Y'all, Grace Park and Joel McHale make out and Jamie Bell has a little minion hat.
And
robanybody gave me some more actors/actresses that are some of the BAMFiest BAMFs that ever BAMFed. I'm thinking a newsroom ala Drop the Dead Donkey.
And if you missed the previous ones:
aj's Red Skies Damien Lewis and Sarah Shahi , you guys. They're on a boat.
jal80's The Quatermain Society Archaeology and smexiness. Mmmm.
halfpenny_press's Conductor: The Age of Steel STEAMPUNK and PERSONAL MACHINATIONS.
(mine are here)
Annd, oh heck why not,

How absurdly long are his legs?

How so adorable?

As it has been put before: hotness in your FACE.

OT3, y'all. OTfrickin'3.

Adam pinched the bridge of his nose. "No," he said with the infinite patience of long-suffering saints. "No, Mr. Collins-"
Malcolm flashed a blinding smile devoid of warmth or feeling. "Just Malcolm, Mr. Thornfield. Why stand on ceremony?"
"Mr. Collins, we can't trim the topiary any further. We'll be into the mesh frame at that--"
"Can't or won't? Another five centimetres would make this shot--"
Lily watched the argument with fascination. She'd hadn't seen such excruciatingly politeness since the school board tried to cut the music programme and Mrs. Guilderson sweetly flayed the shivering politicos alive. Malcolm's grip on the sleek black camera case grew tighter with every exchange while the muscles in Adam's jaw started to tick rhythmically. It was, by far, the best thing about Lily's tedious afternoon. Marking papers could wait until evening. She wondered if someone might throw a punch. That would be simply awful .
"Who's winning?" Ellie knocked a shoulder into her sister. Lily dragged her eyes away. Ellie tossed an apple from hand to hand, a green blur between her neatly manicured fingers. There was a smudge of black mud on her forearm, which Lily tactfully ignored.
"I think we are," said Lily, and Ellie laughed. The men paused long enough to level stern glares at the sisters before resuming their strained discussion. Malcolm had pulled himself up to his full height, but Adam didn't seem to notice, squaring his shoulders back with an iron expression.
"God," said Ellie, "just get it over with already. Do us all a favour." Lily's smiled faltered, her imagination getting away from her.
Malcolm's wide hand cupping Adam's neck, fingers flexing against his nape. Their foreheads pressed together, breath coming hard. Adam would be pale under his t-shirt, a stark contrast to the deep tan of his arms and face. Malcolm would be longer, leaner, rough hair over warm skin. They tear at each other, Malcolm circling behind Adam to bite at the curve of his neck as Adam, all dark eyes and wry smile, held out his hand to Lily...
"A good fistfight would take care of this wretched tension." Ellie bumped Lily again and Lily swayed heavily. Ellie's teasing smile dropped away. "All right, Lil?" Lily swallowed shakily and plucked the apple from her sister's hand.
"Yeah," Lily said, watching as Malcolm and Adam took another step toward each other. "Fine." She bit down into the apple.
