Dear Yuletide Author,

First and foremost...you're wonderful. Seriously. If you honestly picked any of my requested fandoms, you are sincerely wonderful and I will adore anything you write!

But, if you're looking for some of the things that I generally like in a story, here you go!

Dialogue.

I am a huge sucker for fun, snarky dialogue. I love characters that enjoy talking to one another, whether they're flirting, complaining, discussing the weather, anything, as long as they're having fun while doing it.

I'm not a big fan of angst for angst's sake. I really do like happy endings and like for the 'good' guys to win in the end.

Ratings: Any rating is fine by me. Gen, teen, mature, go for it. I'm generally a big fan of het, but keeping things gen is perfectly fine as well.

Here is (again) my optional details for my individual requests:

Beyond the Poseidon Adventure:

I only recently watched this movie and I was struck by how wonderfully snarky Captain Mike (Michael Caine) and Celeste (Sally Field) were together. I'd love to see more of these two on another adventure or in a missing scene from the film. What did they do just after the credits roll? Pretty much anything that has these two snarking at each other would be perfection!

Tremors (the first film):

I loved this film growing up. I would so love to see what happens post the first film, prior to the tv series and other films, which I've never actually seen. I'd especially like to see what happens with Rhonda and Val. Those two were quite possibly one of my very first OTPs. Did they get on the cover of People magazine or National Geographic? Were there more 'graboids' lurking somewhere else? Or was there a missing moment after Val saves her from the graboid and helps her clean up those scratches? I would be delighted with anything with these two, with Earl chuckling happily in the background.

The Winslow Boy:

I was delighted by the rapport between Catherine and Robert. The way they seemed to grudgingly respect one another. I would simply love to see more interactions between the two. It could veer towards the romantic or remain platonic.

As you can see, I like pairings that banter. :D

All this being said, everything I've written is just a guideline. None of this is set in stone. If you have an idea that grabs you: go for it!

And in closing: THANK YOU!

Have fun! Happy Writing!
