Husband talked me into purchasing The Classic Star Trek Episodes adapted by James Blish, Volumes 1 and 2. These are all the original series adapted into short story format! All of them! They are awesome! (and thank you Amazon for selling them for 0.01 p)

And in my defence, this is for research purposes only! RESEARCH!

And later on this evening when I sit down to watch DOOM, that is for research purposes as well. *ahem*

Oh yes! The name you're looking for is David Blish. He adapted them. I've only had a cursory look and so far, they're pretty fun. I mean it's hard to go too wrong for a few pence!
