Okay. Everyone really, really, REALLY needs to watch Miss Fisher's Murder Mysteries.

Female lead who has flaws as well as being fantastic? Check!
Pretty decent secondary female characters with flaws and interesting characters? Check.
A truly yummy detective inspector (the actor used to be a professional cyclist, hellooo broad shoulders)? Check.
Set in 1920s Australia? Check.

Basically, I need everyone to watch this and then write stuff about how brilliant it is.

In other news, I wrote 750 words of my Yuletide fic today! Whoo boy, this thing is going to be long. Eek.

ALSO!!!! Looking to do something low-key during the month of November while still making sure to write every day! wrisomifu to the rescue! The only requirement is that you write for 10 minutes every day. It's brilliant. Come and be miserable with us!
