Oh, my god, please write him being all dramatically declarative with Felicity and Diggle in the background making fun of him because what he THINKS he's saying is all "I AM THE NIGHT" *INTIMIDATION* and what he's actually doing is yelling "I AM THE NIGHT". Which is intimidating until you know him and they're all "STOP WATCHING TELEMUNDO."

Not that there's anything wrong with Telemundo.

I've only really caught an ep here and there and then watched a lot of stuff on youtube. The main guy is kept shirtless most of the time and that's sort of delightful. ;D

He does this thing where he touches her shoulder, like he wants to touch her but he knows he can't let himself go beyond an impersonal touch on the arm (except the one time he does and she puts her hand on her cheek where he was touching her after he lets go. Not that I've watched that a dozen times or anything. *ahem*). And let's face it, aside from his family Oliver doesn't get to cuddle with people generally. Human contact for him is usually about fighting for his life. So I can easily picture him wanting as much contact as possible when he can get it.
