Things! and Stuff!

1. Well, my father-in-law arrived safely and has been doing his thing while we're at work. We're off to the Cairngorms this weekend to see some mountains. Yay! (I'm doing my best to pretend that the fact that he's using my laptop and has downloaded stuff onto it without asking me isn't REALLY BOTHERING ME A LOT. *takes a deep breath* I should re-phrase that: he totally asked if he could use my laptop, which I said 'yes' to (reluctantly). He did not ask if he could download Google Earth on to it, which he did. *grits teeth* It's fine. I'm fine. I hid all my writing and Mozilla and only gave him Chrome to use as a browser.)

2. I'm writing fic again! Annd I can't seem to stop. But this is okay. It actually feels sort of therapeutic? It's actually doing wonders for my state of mind and so I'm just going to go with it for the time being.

Can you answer a question for me? I keep seeing gif-sets with Daryl carrying Beth into a kitchen (I think) and she doesn’t look injured but I thought they weren’t officially a couple? Can you give me the context of that scene? Thanks.

Hullo! They aren't a couple, but by the time that scene rolls around, Beth has injured her ankle and they've gotten closer and are at the cute, teasing stage where Daryl's acting like an 8 year old around the girl he likes. But her ankle was caught in a trap the day before and she's been limping around.
