March 8 - Fandom of my heart

For the lovely hiddencait: What's the fandom of your heart for the moment and/or has something shown up and surprised you with how excited you are for it?

Oh, heck. To be perfectly honest, I feel so out of fandom these days. There are shows I like (Elementary) and shows I'm waiting to binge-watch (Agent Carter, season two of The Musketeers), but nothing I'm involved with anymore. Work is too busy and I don't really have the time or opportunity to watch much anymore. I tend to save episodes up for when I have a day off.

Also, I'm really, really, REALLY trying to write this novel thing and I spend most of my time thinking about that world and those characters (Teeth, Claws and Guinness). In fact, it's become this massive thing in my head and I'm so busy trying to get it in order and then get it out on paper.

We'll see!

As always though, I still love reading Star Trek, LoTR/Hobbit, In Plain Sight, Primeval and the occasional Doctor Who fics!

I kinda know the feeling. I'm reading a fair amount but not writing quite as much other than for exchanges. And lord knows they go all over the place since they're based on what's requested LOL.

And so SO looking forward to more TC&G. Just in case you'd wondered LOL

YAY, WRITE THE NOVEL. *waves flag of encouragement* Seriously though, fandom has really fallen off my radar of late and it's weird. Because I feel like I SHOULD be more involved but I just have a ton of other stuff happening around me and there's only so much mental energy, right?
