Shalizi's Notebooks

This guy is cool and is the ultimate geek. He's got great reading lists for science fiction, fantasy, mystery and non-fiction. My husband likes it for all the high level maths. Before you know it, you will have spent hours looking through stuff.


I now have to attempt to finish a massive work project by tomorrow, plan an itinerary for my father who is threatening to vist me and cold call about 100 people.

Just browsing your LJ and saw Anthropologie and had to agree: my roommate works there and she always looks ridiculously cute and I'm wearing my $3 sweatshirt and $10 jeans everywhere. She tries to get me to buy things but I'm poor so it never works out.

Oh, I love their stuff! Your roomate is so lucky! The only thing I own is a cardigan I managed to find on sale. It's probably two sizes too big, but it's adorable and I couldn't help myself.

(I'm with you though on the $10 jeans. I currently live in the UK and I miss Target so much!)
