Okay. I've been using the same laundromat for about four years now. It's a small, university town and most of us leave our clothes in the dryers and then leave and come back. The main reason being that it is the smallest laundromat in the world and heats up like nobody's business.
So today, husband and I took our clothes in and put them in one of the dryers. Put the change in and I calculated exactly when we needed to return.
We got back with four minutes to spare and what do we find? Some crazy lady had dumped all of our clothes on the washing machines and has put her two (two!) items of clothing in our dryer which still had money on it.
And she was standing right there! Made no apology, just ignored us and walked out.
What ticks me off is that in the four years I've been doing laundry here, no one has ever done this to me before. And we were not late getting to our clothes. They were still drying in the mahine when she took them out!
But what creeps me out is that this crazy lady touched my clothes! We're talking my favorite unmentionables here!
Ick. Ick. Ick!!
I am now fighting the urge to go back and throw her clothes in the street and wash mine again in bleach.
