So, I just found Earth 2. Because, clearly I need more sci-fi shows in my life. But mainly I like it because the first thing I thought was, 'Ohmigosh, it's Rawhide from Buckaroo Banzai and he's a mechanic and he's lovely! Yay!'

Sooooo. Devon/Danziger. I love how he just towers over her. This completely fulfills my really tall guy, short woman thing. Any fic recs out there?

...they were my first fandom couple. AND the first couple I ever wrote published fic for. (I wrote it on a napkin! I was 15!)

Needless to say, my adoration for those two is kind of epic. AND THEY HUG.

As for recs... urg.. give me time? A lot of the written fic was done back in the mid-90's and might take some digging. And/or me sorting through the Epic Hard Drive of Doom to find extant copies of stuff no longer online.

Oh, woman, there is an abundance of embarrassing wee!A.j. fic to be found in certain places. I'm not sure if Andy's archive is still running... wait, yes it is! And here (http://www.atech-software.com/fan-fiction/e2/viewuser.php?uid=7) is my terrible fic! Well, some of it. I had like 30+ stories written for the show, most of it kind of painful. Man, that's a gutted version of the archive. Ah, well. It's been like 12-13 years. I also have a couple short things over at FF.net (http://www.fanfiction.net/~aj). And there was a Devon/Danziger ficathon a few years ago at ddficathon. anr and I actually 'met' during the E2 days (OH MY GOD, we have known each other for FOURTEEN YEARS, JEEZ) and she has some of her old fic up on her page. I think. Maybe.

And dude, RIGHT there with you on the tall dude, short lady. Mind you, I'm 5'8", so barring me meeting and wooing a giant (possible) it's unlikely to apply in my life.

Eeee! I know what I'm doing this evening after I make dinner (spicy tuna pasta, in case you were wondering). Thank you so much for these, this is awesome. I've been scoping out ff.net and have found a few that are very good. Some are rather recent, too!

Oh, my love for tall guys is, just, wow. I think that's what really got me into Marshall Mann. He's so lean and tall. Oh, i could go on, I've got a list of guys.

(HAHA, I make that regularly, only it's a lame, if tasty, casserole version. I'm pondering trying to adapt it for brown rice rather than wheat pasta.)

I should poke FF.net eventually. I haven't for a dog's age (for E2), but there's a little bit of me that's the fandom newbie who's all wide-eyed and was PROTECTED FROM TEH SMUT by List Moms who's kind of terrified to revisit that portion of her childhood.
