It happens that I know exactly how old he is because when they announced him as 11, I looked him up and discovered we were born in the same year (and, in fact, I'm a little less than 9 months older). New season hasn't aired in the US yet, but I've been adjusting to the idea of a Doctor who is, in fact, younger than I am.

The hip helps tremendously... :D

Why do I not have a Josh/Donna or Life icon? What is wrong with me?!

Oh, the fic for Josh/Donna is phenomenal. I think I read Pix's Crash Into Me series at least once a year.

Charlie and Dani were just so refreshing. I could happily have just watched them banter for hours on end. Even if they never ended up with one another. I could have seen them being partners for decades and then moving in with each other in their 60s after they retired. Or something.

They're the one couple I'm terrified of writing, because I'd want to get them RIGHT.

SHAME!! SHAAAAAAAAAAAAAME! Mind you, I only have one Josh/Donna icon, but it is a favorite. Hee! I have a great appreciation for Chai's stuff. Yes, it's super depressing, but also awesome.

And YES. THIS EXACTLY for Charlie and Dani! They're just that weird cop partnership where they aren't more honest with anyone except each other and they're both weird and strange but fine (if vocal) about each other's weirdness. And I love them so very much. SIGH. Just. I'm so crabby we didn't have more Sarah at the end of season 2 because them as partners is just SUBLIME. I love that they give each other crap constantly, but if someone else tries, it's like unleashing hell.

Charlie will totally make sure Dani and he get stuck in the nice nursing home within easy whacking distance.

(THEY ARE SO SCARY TO WRITE. It's one of the reasons I haven't written a series tag because I need to grieve and then get it RIGHT.)
