No, I don't know why that song is stuck in my head.

So! I was going to post once a week, wasn't I? Ahahahhhahahaha, um. Sorry. Life has been...extremely life-like.

Work! Work has been very busy, but I'm still really enjoying my new position. It's supposed to end in December, but I was told on Friday that they'll actually want me for at least another year. Woo!

Writing! Writing is...sort of happening? I'm doing a lot of writing by hand and am hoping to take advantage of a trip to Wales to closet myself at the National Library and type it all up.

Reading! I've been reading a lot of Molly/Sherlock fics these last two weeks and I. Don't. Know. Why. But. I am. Some of them are quite good. Some are not. Please don't judge me. I've also been reading a steampunk(ish) series by Kristen Callihan and it's quite good. All the supernatural elements that you imagine, plus some cool gadgets and it's very racy.

Eyes! I'm getting new frames for my glasses this week. Yay!

Foods! I'm making Kitchen-sink Curry tonight! This consists of throwing everything a part from the kitchen sink into a pot and letting it simmer. I'm getting rid of the kale that's about to go off, carrots, onions, garlic, ginger, mushrooms, peppers, coconut milk and some tomatoes. I think I've got a lime for garnish, which should be nice.

I hope everyone is doing all right and have a happy Sunday! ♥

Long but this is the best Molly/Sherlock I've ever read: The Sustain Series by Maybe Amanda and OneMillionAndNine. The first story is my favorite. Even the sex scenes are great, which is rare imho.

Funnily enough, I'm re-reading that series as we speak! It's incredible. Brilliant writing.

Kristen Callihan (http://www.kristencallihan.com/)! They verge on purple prose sometimes, but there are some really neat gadgets and actual clockwork hearts. Plus vampires, werewolves, angels, witches, elementals, but it never feels too overloaded. Which is a pretty mean feat. VERY racy!

Score that sounds good to me! I'll grab the first one and see how I like it!
