seren_ccdOkay. I'm fairly sure it was someone on my friend's list that was talking about Faking It by Jennifer Crusie and how funny it was. I saw it in a charity shop yesterday for 50p and thought that was a pretty good bargain.
How adorable is this book? Oh, my goodness gracious! The one-liners, the jukebox, STEVE! It has been added to my list of novels I wish I'd written.
Fave line (out of lots!): "People die in their beds, doesn't mean they don't hit the sheets."
Are her other novels this funny? 'Cause I'm off to the library if so.
BTW, is anyone not getting emails alerts when someone replies to a comment or post? Because, I know that someone replied to me yesterday and I still haven't received the alert in my email Inbox.
