seren_ccdI will be the first to say that my mom has issues. And she has not taken me moving to an entirely different country with, let's say, aplomb. However, sometimes she really gets things right.
She sent me a care package that arrived yesterday complete with a sweater, two recent Vanity Fairs (Johnny Depp and Heath Ledger!), a few paperbacks INCLUDING two Jennifer Crusie Harlequins she found after I told her I was getting into her novels! I can never make fun of my mom's extensive romance novel collection after this.
AND
GIRL SCOUT COOKIES! I HAVE THIN MINTS, SAMOAS AND TAGALONGS IN MY HOUSE!!!
This fills me with glee. Johnny Depp, Jennifer Cruise and Girl Scout Cookies. My mom is awesome.
