Helen Mirren played Victoria, a wicked, amazing, former British spy, BAMF in RED. She had an affair with the Ivan, played by the lovely Brian Cox, a Russian spy.

Victoria is Mummy.

Mycroft and Sherlock are just now being informed that Ivan is the father.

Cue bafflement, glares, Victoria and Ivan being adorable and John and Lestrade attempting to be calming influences.
