Just a nice trip to the forest

I'm compiling my 30 fics to rec over at het_reccers. I like the most bizarre pairings. Seriously. If it's unconventional, I am THERE. I also tend to like 'partner' fics. (Hello, X-Files, CSI:NY, In Plain Sight and Law and Order: CI!)

Sadly, I went to find two fics by the same author (one was Dani/Charlie from Life and the other was Lizzie/The Stranger from Dear Frankie) and I believe she's taken all her fic down. I can't for the life of me remember her penname. Bummer. *sadface*

I also had a dream last night in which my theory that watching the X-Files comes in handy. I was in a forest with all those little green bugs from that episode in the first season with the lumberjacks. (Strong, manly men in the peak of their manhood). ANYway, since I had seen the episode I knew exactly what to do. Stay in the light and don't panic.

All in all, a rather cool dream. I'm pretty sure I survived. Go me!

Ooooh, which Dani/Charlie story? I probably read it.

It was something like the 12 Days of Christmas Zen or something like that. Dani goes ice-skating and the two of them go to a spa in the desert, then to Charlie's Dad's wedding. It's much more meaningful sounding than this, it was really, really, really good. Argh.
